Here is a link to a letter to send to your representative regarding the extremely harsh CPSIA that would require testing by everyone of each product, each style for anything used to care for a child under 12.  Contact your senators and House Rep.  We really want them to reconsider on the textile testing or at least just look at the certificates from the manufacturers of our  fabrics:
